VIP Arrival Services
Club MoBay Arrivals Lounge Upon arrival you are greeted by specially trained customer service personnel charged with ensuring the utmost comfort and service for each guest. You will be escorted and fast tracked through Immigration & Customs. The customer service personnel will provide you with information about arrival and departure procedures and will accompany you to the Arrivals lounge while you wait for your ground transportation. (Ground transportation is NOT included in the service) The Arrivals lounge includes comfortable seating, complimentary WiFI, complimentary snacks and beverages and private restroom & changing facilities.

Arrival lounge: 10am to 6pm (Consideration is given to flight delays and flight scheduling outside the normal operational hours) Departure lounge: 6am to 10pm
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations received less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled booking time are non-refundable.
It is the responsibility of the passenger to alert VIP Attractions if they miss the scheduled flight or have made any flight changes.
